Tier 1 Post-Study Work Applications - From £200 - £400 + Home Office Fee
This is a 2 year UK Leave/visa extension under which new graduates can apply. Graduates currently on the 1 year International Graduates Scheme visa can switch into the Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) visa/permit to extend their UK visa by a further 12 months.

The transitional process to switch from IGS to Post-Study Work involves filing the new application Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) application form and supporting documents to the Home Office BIA by post. Currently, the Home Office reports that processing times are between 4 -14 weeks.

Tier 1 (General) / Highly Skilled Migrant Program - From £500 + Disbursements
The Highly Skilled Migrant Program (HSMP) is a points based work permit scheme that some international graduates can switch into whilst still in the UK. Highly skilled people that meet Work Permits UK's criteria and qualify under the scheme can migrate to the UK to seek work and even pursue self employed business ventures.

The HSMP points are gained through educational qualifications, work experience and previous earnings. Overseas Graduates in the UK under the International Graduates Scheme (IGS) can switch into the HSMP category when/if they have gained sufficient points to switch to the HSMP category.

Transfer Of Conditions - £125 + Home Office Fee
Transferring your existing immigration status (endorsement) into a new passport.

If you have obtained a replacement passport because your previous one had been lost or had become full, you may want or need to transfer your indefinite or limited leave to enter / remain in the UK to a new passport or travel document

Student Visa Switch To Work Permit Holder - From £125 + Home Office Fee
International Graduates present in the UK who have found an employer willing to sponsor their work permit may be able to switch from their student immigration status to that of a work permit holder having received confirmation of their Immigration Employment Document (IED) being issued.

The graduate should be aware that there are two independent processes involved; that of obtaining the work permitted and then the process of obtaining the UK Work Permit Immigration status in line with the actual work permit.
